Who we are

Packhouse is a fulfilment service for online sellers, opening in Medway, Kent. Before launch, the launch list is run by Thomas Burman, who is responsible for your data. You can contact us at hello@packhousekent.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the sign-up form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), a link to your shop, where you sell, roughly how many orders you send a week, and what you sell.

Why we collect it

To tell you when Packhouse opens, send you a quote and the founding-member offer, and plan how much space and capacity to set up. We use your details on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

We won't sell your details, add you to unrelated marketing, or pass them to anyone else to market to you.

Who else sees it

Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website, runs the sign-up form and handles our email. Cloudflare holds the data on our behalf and can't use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after Packhouse opens, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, we'll tell you how we handle your data from then on.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can just reply and ask. Email hello@packhousekent.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

When Packhouse launches as a company, we'll update this notice with its details and let you know by email.
